How does it work with Google Meet, Teams, Zoom etc. ?

We use an alternative approach so we don't need to integrate with any conversation platform. Try it and see.

Does it work on Windows and Mac?

For now we are Mac only - we make extensive use of the high performance Apple silicon to be able to do what we do. We aim to work well on M3 (November 2023~) powered Macs and above.

How do you handle my data?

Headsum uses a combination of on-device AI and cloud services for heavy lifting. Cloud based data may be temporarily retained for up to 30 days for abuse/safety monitoring whilst on-device i.e chat logs stay entirely on your device.

Do I need to change my sales process?

Not at all. Headsum works independently of any other tools and workflows you might already have. It just gives you the advantage during sales call my having knowledge automatically at hand.

What kind of answers does Headsum provide?

Headsum is built for sales leaders - its very good at answering product related questions, giving your advice to advance the conversation and handling objections.

Do I need to inform people that Headsum is being used in a meeting?

Yes. If Headsum is listening to a meeting, participants should be informed. In the UK and EU, this falls under data protection law (GDPR).
