What are my free limits?
The free tier lets you try Headsum properly — but it's provided at our discretion. We can limit or cap usage at any time, without notice. If you're using Headsum seriously, Pro is the right plan.
What platforms does Headsum support?
Headsum is currently Mac-only and runs on any Mac with macOS 15 or later — Apple Silicon or Intel. Windows support is not available.
Does it require calendar or meeting platform access?
No. Headsum works independently — no plugins or integrations with Zoom or Teams are required.
Is my conversation data stored?
Headsum combines on-device AI with cloud services. It is not designed as a transcript archive. You control your data.
Do I need to inform meeting participants?
Yes. You must inform meeting participants that Headsum is present. This is a requirement of using the product.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
